How this works:

• Please provide the information needed below

  • Your Name​ & Email Address

  • In the Message area, please include the name of the healthcare worker that you will be sending this to and their address.  If you would like this to come directly to you, then please include your address. Include anything else you think Allison should know! 

• Using Venmo or Paypal, you will pay Allison $65 and she will ship a heart to your Hero (or to you)

• Included in the package will be a gift enclosure that states:

  • Your name(s) (The donor)

  • A description of the heart

• Profits will be donated to www.nursingworld.org​

• Your Hero should expect a delivery one week from when Allison receives the $65 payment
